I watched it several times. Noted that...Nice video. I watched it several times. Noted that you eased the vang ONLY before rounding. After you jibed you trimmed a line - was that the outhaul? I couldn't tell. The sail was very flat. An important point is that using trim controls in a rote fashion isn't the thing in heavier breeze although easing the vang enough before the turn is key - open the leach enough to get the boat turning easily but not so much that you lose control.
